We also had a special bonus on Thursday night. Deathwing was kind enough to drop us a pretty little mount and grats to Crista for snagging that puppy.

Moonkin Gailadora checkin in. So Heroic Ultraxion is no more. Turns out he was just flappin in the wind.

On to the blobby boss, ie. Yor’sahj, and back to my color wheel. Red + yellow, now I thought that was orange but turns out it’s flaming burning instead. Yeehhhhooow!

First Old Republic Clear

Wow! We haven’t officially started running things in Old Republic yet, we need to recruit more to get to 16 man status. But we’re already clear on Eternity Vault. We went four out of five on Wednesday, and tonight we did an impromptu run and downed the last boss.

Need to work on my camera settings to get wider screenshots. :) It was a pretty epic kill, half the raid was dead, two people stuck in mind traps, it came down to me and Stelectra (Larac for the WoW folks) getting the final 8k burned down.

Karaga and Hard modes are next! Watch out, Shii-Cho!

Now see what the 10 minute poop can do for you!

Loot Ship Keeps its Name!

So loot ship turned out to be a loot ship, but just a sehxier version of itself with Sky Capin Swayze and his first mate Ka’anu Reevs aboard. Hmmm, I wonder if Sky Captain Swayze will dirty dance with me? But any who, the fight was still a loot ship. Only took us 4 or 5 attempts to bring that baby into port.

I now have taken over as the official captain of this boat in the name of Four Lights and I was thinking it was time to turn this war barge into a smokin party cruise? The druids are on board, then again when are they not?

What say the rest of you? Hey look, they are even handing out party gifts and snacks in backpacks, I wonder if there is bird seed in those packs? Wait why are we going down into the ship, must be where the party’s at, yo….. wait a minute.. wait…. no…..why????… SQWAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAACK!!!!

So after a heart breaking wipe with 24 k left on Ultraxion’s fuzzy butt, Four Lights pulled themselves up by the boot straps and downed that sucker a couple of attempts later. (I kid you not, I think it was the worst wipe we’ve ever had. In fact, I think Dan might have even cried a little.) So turns out, Ultrazion’s not so tough after all, *Cough* even on 25 man.

So now, on to the new loot ship. I’ve got my ship hat on and ready to stand in sh** for Four Lights. Some how, I have a feeling we will all excel at that. ^_~

One last note! I wanted to wish everyone a merry x mas/happy holidays! Keep warm and enjoy the company of friends and family. But I might suggest not inviting Typhoidfever to Christmas dinner. ><

So Dan is pretty busy and well, to say the front page being updated has been lacking is an understatement. So Dan has passed the baton, for better or worse, to yours truly. I will try not to kill the website but I make no promises.

So the highlights:

Firelands:

After much getting use to the car that is Heroic Ryolith, (let me tell you that baby can’t turn on a dime nor give you five cents in change) we were able to finally get that sucker to walk the walk and talk the talk.

Legendary:

We were able to put one Dragonwrath, Tarecgosa’s Rest together before patch 4.3 hit. However, we are still hoping to get a couple more with some farming runs! Below is Trollock completing his quest and becoming the largest gnome I’ve ever seen. Grats Troll!

Finally Dragon Soul:

We’ve made quite a bit of progress being 4/8 in Dragon Soul. Playing tennis took a bit to get use to but we are now making the Williams sisters look like noobs. I am still trying to figure out how to fit my moonkin tush in this small skirt though. ><

I’m just going to post all the pics at once, we did however forget to screen shot Morchock but really does he even count as a boss?

Well, that’s the big post. Lots has happened. I’ll try to keep the front page updated a little more. Next up on our hit list is Ultraxion! We’ll see how into the twilight he is after he gets hit with four lights!

So here’s a quick screen cap of our Heroic Shannox kill. Heroic kill pictures are an odd sort, because you either have to have presence of mind to capture the achievement popping up, or you have to just take our word on it that we killed him.

But we did kill him. And there was much rejoicing.

Well everyone, we did it. Tier 12 has been cleared on 25 Normal. Majordomo went day on Nerf Day, (Nerf Day -1 we got him down to like 180k, so a Nerf Day Kill was expected.) Ragnaros has fallen on Nerf Day +9. It was still a challenging fight, mechanic wise. Though we’ll never know for sure how we would’ve done before the nerf, I’d like to think we would’ve progressed on a fairly similar timetable.

Onward! To Heroics, and to the ~~Demon~~Dragon Soul!
